Harsh Realities
In our latest video blog, Pastor Walter shares the stories of two Swazi families impacted by HIV/AIDS. This is a jarring account of what life is like for many children in Swaziland. It was hard to film, as you'll see. As you watch, please pray for justice and mercy for these vulnerable children.

Keep telling the stories, Tom...we, here in the overly comfortable West, need to hear them...and respond as our God wrings out the comfortable from within our own spirits. Thank you for being there...again...keep the stories coming.

Tom, we sponsor a boy from Russia through Children's Hopechest. How can we sponsor a little girl from Africa?

I have a God given desire to adopt children in general. I believe God placed that in my heart the first time I learned what an orphan was, as a child myself.
This video brings a very sincere question to mind - How difficult would it be to adopt a sibling group from Africa, such as those 3 orphaned girls? Is it remotely possible?

I gasp as I listened to this story, I ache for these children. It most defintatly takes us out from our comfortable state. Your videos and photos make us look and see the suffering all around, thanks for bringing that via internet.
Vicki-your comment- yes its very possible to adopt siblings from Africa in fact its needed. You can ask international adoption agencies, we adopted through www.allgodschildren.org but there are many. The field is full of the fatherless so I encourge you to go!
